The experiences may include the preparation of handmade pasta, piadina romagnola, crescioni and other typical dishes, as well as discovering traditional artisanal processes such as the preparation of liqueurs, cured meats, cheeses, ricotta, jams and preserves.
Upon request, guests may also participate in the olive harvest and olive oil production. The extra virgin olive oil produced on the property is available for purchase directly at Domus GiòGiò.
